POSTAGE
Delivery is via STARTRACK EXPRESS & Australia Post
All deliveries sent, will require signature on delivery.
TRACKING
Please note- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update in their system.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available in Margaret River.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Please contact us if you would like to pick up outside of these hours.

Within a +50km radius of Margaret River.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once payment has been confirmed we aim to have all purchases packaged and sent within 48 hours.
DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY
Please note-
It is your responsibility to check all packaging of your items when receiving a delivery.
Please DO NOT accept and sign for parcels which are visibly damaged, as this often voids all liability of the shipping company.

Please note- Deliveries sent outside of Australia, may incur duties/tax payable on delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No change of mind refunds or returns on electric bicycles, custom orders or sale items.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
All our electric bicycles have a warranty period of 3 years for the frame and 1 year for all electrical components.
